Associate Professor - Marketing

We are seeking an Associate Professor in Marketing to join the esteemed Apeejay School of Management (ASM) located in Dwarka, New Delhi. Established in 1993 by the Apeejay Education Society, ASM is committed to nurturing globally competent, socially aware, and ethically grounded managerial talent for leading businesses and organizations. ASM holds approvals from AICTE and accreditations from NBA, AIU (equivalent to MBA), and ACBSP, USA. Renowned for its high placement rates ranging from 94% to 95%, ASM boasts a distinguished faculty comprising Ph.D. holders with a blend of academic expertise and industry experience. The institute's pedagogy focuses on case-study based learning, real-world projects, and regular guest lectures by industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior faculty and students in their academic endeavors. - Publish a minimum of: - 1 paper in Scopus/Web of Science/ABDC-indexed journals - 1 paper in journals indexed in EBSCO/PROQUEST - 2 papers in reputable national/international conference proceedings (IIMs/IITs/NITs, etc.) annually. - Present research findings at national/international forums and actively engage in academic conferences. - Drive or contribute to research and development initiatives within the department. - Implement innovative teaching methodologies, including digital/blended learning approaches. - Organize seminars, training programs, and workshops. - Assume administrative/academic leadership roles as required. - Enhance teaching performance through feedback, self-reflection, and collaboration. Qualifications: - Ph.D. in Management or Marketing from a recognized university. - MBA in Marketing/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com. with First Class or equivalent. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry. - Strong academic background with a proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. - Demonstrated dedication to institution-building initiatives and knowledge exchange through partnerships and public engagement. - Industry and teaching experience are both essential.
