Job Description

Role Overview: At NAVAERA Worldwide, we are looking for an Associate to join our Production Operations Group (POG) to support the daily operational stability of software environments, including development, testing, and staging. In this role, you will be responsible for performing health checks, monitoring environment performance, documenting findings, and assisting in resolving environment-related issues. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product Support teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily environment checks (dev/test/stage) to ensure readiness and availability. - Monitor logs, alerts, and system health dashboards to detect issues proactively. - Record errors and escalate unresolved problems to senior team members or DevOps/Infra teams. - Maintain and regularly update environment readiness checklists and SOP documentation. - Track environment status and share reports with stakeholders at the start of each workday or sprint. - Contribute to knowledge bases with troubleshooting steps and lessons learned. - Participate in incident management for environment-related issues. - Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem analysis of recurring problems. - Support resolution efforts and document fixes for future reference. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Infra) to support environment stability. - Learn and adopt best practices in environment monitoring, automation, and incident handling. - Continuously develop technical and problem-solving skills under guidance from leads. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Commerce / Arts / Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 03 years of IT/software industry experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply). - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), environments, and system monitoring. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. - Familiarity with incident management practices (ITIL basics a plus). - Basic knowledge of Linux command and scripting.
