Job Description

As an Associate Product Specialist at Mastercard, you will be part of the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team, a product-centric organization dedicated to developing, commercializing, and enhancing offerings that utilize data and marketing technology to drive clients" marketing performance and business outcomes. Your role will involve leading the design and execution of A/B tests, campaign analytics, and test-control methodologies. Additionally, you will perform in-depth analysis on customer journeys, marketing funnels, and portfolio performance, and develop predictive models to support segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in providing thought leadership in marketing measurement and performance optimization and translating insights into actionable strategies through clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement. To qualify for this position, you should hold an undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science, focusing on marketing analytics. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, R, or SAS is essential, along with a strong foundation in A/B testing, test-control analysis, and statistical modeling. Effective communication skills, particularly in translating insights with clarity and executive presence, are key requirements. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred. You should possess analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. An ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate proficiently in English and the local office language is necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in digital marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or customer analytics, as well as exposure to GenAI tools for marketing insight generation or automation. Holding a master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing, or a related field is considered a plus. Furthermore, as part of your corporate security responsibility at Mastercard, you are expected to adhere to security policies, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings to safeguard Mastercard assets, information, and networks.,
