Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with operations and field teams to identify problems and improvement areas.
Translate operational challenges into clear product requirements and PRDs.
Own and execute product initiatives related to supply, routing, capacity, or workforce management.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver features on time.
Support feature rollouts, user training, and adoption across teams.
Track key metrics (SLA, utilization, fulfillment, retention) and run experiments/A/B tests to improve performance.

Requirements:

Experience in product, operations, analytics, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly.
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Agile processes, or basic experimentation.
