Role Overview: As an Associate - Product Catalogue at Tradesala Technologies Private Limited in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations for Tradesala, focusing on updating the product catalogue. Your primary responsibility will be the upkeep and implementation of all digital brand assets both internally and externally to contribute to the company's sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations for Tradesala, including updating the product catalogue. - Knowledge of listing, updating, and uploading product data/specifications. - Familiarity with product images on various marketplaces. - Maintain a large online product catalogue. - Oversee the product content presented on websites and marketplaces. - Manage individual and bulk listings and account health. - Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalogue for optimizing the upload process. - Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions. - Ensure the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality product information. - Identify market opportunities and trends and highlight them internally. - Manage claims for wrong orders and returns. - Make time estimations on new jobs received and check the accuracy/quality of content creation done by others. - Ensure accurate maintenance of records. Qualification Required: - Experience as a product catalogue specialist or a relevant role is a plus. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Experience with photo editing software like Photoshop & Affinity is a plus. - Thorough understanding of marketing and cataloguing techniques. - Fast learner and a team player. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.,
