Associate - Procurement - Zoho

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing procurement strategies in collaboration with the Finance Director. Your responsibilities will include supporting associates/employees in procuring necessary requirements, maintaining a vendor database geographically, evaluating vendor credentials and quality, ensuring reconciliation of all procurements, and finalizing projects with a reconciliation statement. Your role will also involve liaising with various departments such as Projects, Education, Community, Admin, Communication, and Finance for daily operations follow-up, obtaining permission letters and compliance documents, sharing project data, monitoring and evaluation processes, and handling financial documents. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work. The expected start date for this role is 16/06/2025. In addition, you will be entitled to Provident Fund benefits as part of the compensation package.
