Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in KYC processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of KYC processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Provide training and support to team members on KYC processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of KYC regulations and industry standards.
Experience in managing and implementing process improvements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong knowledge of process management tools and technologies.
Experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry is preferred.
