Associate Process Manager - Graphic Designer

Job Description As a Graphic Design Lead in our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your 8+ years of experience in the graphic design/print industry, including 2-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, will be essential for creating compelling print media advertisements and visually appealing layouts. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design compelling print media advertisements using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. - Create visually appealing layouts with strong attention to typography, balance, and readability. - Enhance and manipulate images using Photoshop. - Create original logos and design elements as needed. - Apply brand guidelines while maintaining creative flair. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients on feedback, revisions, and creative direction. - Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
