Associate-Private Equity

As an Associate on the Private Equity Desk at CapitalSquare, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end execution of deals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential targets for private equity investments, conducting financial and strategic analyses, preparing financial models, pitch books, presentations, and other transaction documents. Additionally, you will be involved in participating in due diligence processes, providing general support to the senior investment team, managing relationships with private equity and VC funds, conducting industry and sector research, and overseeing the complete execution of transactions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and verbal skills, the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and a high level of self-motivation. Previous relevant experience is a must, and experience in deal origination would be considered an added advantage. A CA or MBA qualification is highly desirable for this position.
