Role Overview: You are being sought after as an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the Commercial Analytics & Technology Enablement function at PharmaACE. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at the crossroads of data science, business consulting, and digital product innovation. As a senior leader, you will drive cross-functional analytics initiatives, facilitate tech integration, and act as the strategic liaison between business challenges and technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver commercial analytics solutions for global BioPharma accounts. - Design, supervise, and validate methodologies to produce actionable insights for brand performance, market access, and sales optimization. - Act as a thought partner for clients and internal stakeholders on commercial strategies and analytics. - Serve as the offshore contact for senior client stakeholders and collaborate with onshore leads for seamless delivery. - Collaborate with internal tech and data science teams to operationalize analytics solutions using AI/ML, RPA, and cloud-native tools. - Drive innovation through pilot projects and PoCs in AI/ML, NLP, and deep learning tailored for pharma data sets. - Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance analytics team with diverse skill sets. - Create a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. - Lead capability-building programs focused on advanced analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline. - 10+ years of experience in pharma/life sciences consulting with a focus on commercial analytics and/or technology. - Strong grasp of pharma datasets such as Claims, APLD, Rx, Specialty data, etc. - Demonstrated experience in leading globally distributed teams under an onshore/offshore model. - Hands-on understanding of modern analytics and ML platforms like Python, R, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Power BI/Tableau. - Experience in integrating AI/ML models into commercial use cases such as churn prediction, targeting, patient segmentation.
