Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Global People Services (GPS) team at Nutanix, you will be an integral part of the Global Operations Team in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be based in the Bangalore office and you will report to the Manager, Global People Services. This hybrid role will require in-office presence at least 2-3 times a week. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain Employees Personal folder/HR Drive ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation. - Handle routine and non-routine operational processes/issues with appropriate escalation. - Measure and track key metrics such as case resolution times, case volume trends, and knowledge base utilization. - Conduct quality reviews of global cases, identifying important findings, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify significant data points and perform data analysis. - Monitor and enhance the accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness of knowledge base content. - Provide support for ad-hoc reporting, projects, and testing efforts as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree without prior HR work experience or at least one year of relevant experience in administration, customer support, data admin, or processes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Effective time management skills. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus. - ServiceNow experience is preferable.
