Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Global People Services (GPS) team at Nutanix, you will be an integral part of the Global Operations Team based in Bangalore office. Your role will involve maintaining employee personal folders, handling operational processes, measuring key metrics, performing quality reviews, conducting data analysis, monitoring knowledge base content, and supporting various projects and testing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain Employees Personal folder/HR Drive ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation. - Handle routine/non-routine operational processes/issues with appropriate escalation. - Measure and track key metrics such as case resolution times, cases volume trends, and knowledge base utilization. - Perform quality review of global cases, identifying important findings and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with teams to identify significant data points and conduct data analysis. - Monitor and improve the user friendliness of knowledge base content. - Support ad-hoc reporting, projects, and testing efforts as required. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree without prior HR work experience or at least one year of relevant experience in administration, customer support, data admin, or processes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Effective time management skills. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus. - Experience with ServiceNow is preferable.,
