Associate Payroll & Billing Specialist - Expenses

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the organization, playing a crucial role in shaping the global business landscape. It is essential to collaborate effectively with the team to collectively achieve common goals. Please note that this position requires working nightshifts from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 2am IST. Key Responsibilities: - Generate bills for G-P customers based on invoices submitted by contractors/consultants. - Create bills for G-P customers for various services like EOR service, Advisory services, etc. - Assist in processing expense/invoice reports, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. - Safeguard the confidentiality of client information. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in expenses and billing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of time-sensitive materials. - High energy levels and keen attention to detail. - Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Willingness to be hands-on and go the extra mile to accomplish tasks effectively.
