Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Senior Associate

What Youll Do:

Report OTC trades, valuations, and collateral to DTCC in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and resolve rejections (NACKs), ensuring clean, accurate submissions.
Reconcile trade repository data with client positions.
Escalate exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to documentation, SOP updates, and internal control processes.
Support onboarding for new clients and lead end-to-end process training for new team members.
Assist with regular MIS reporting and data analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of OTC Derivative products & reporting requirements.
Proficiency in
Excel
,
Power BI
, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
