Associate - Operations (US Staffing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Associate Operations to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, formatting, and submitting candidate resumes to clients in a professional, client-compliant format. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong MS Word proficiency, and a deep understanding of client-specific resume expectations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format resumes according to client-specific templates and branding guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, readability, and professionalism in all candidate profiles.
• Remove personal/contact details as required before client submission.
• Coordinate with recruiters to gather necessary candidate information or clarifications.
• Upload and submit formatted resumes via ATS.
• Track and maintain submission records in internal systems (Excel/ATS/CRM).
• Ensure all submissions meet SLA timelines and client compliance requirements.
• Handle revisions and re-submissions based on recruiter or client feedback.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
• Collaborate with recruitment and account management teams to prioritize submissions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience in resume formatting, submission, or recruitment operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and PDF formatting tools.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail and under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., JobDiva) is a plus.
• Experience in working with US staffing clients is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
