Associate - Non-IT Recruiter

Role Overview: You will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as a non-IT recruiter, ensuring the end-to-end process of BPO recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing strategic global hiring programs and managing the talent hub through job boards to procure the right talent for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the talent hub by sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and maintaining the database. - Have experience in bulk/volume hiring. - Conduct hiring for Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma domains. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in non-IT recruitment. - Familiarity with hiring processes in Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma domains. - Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
