Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, planning & executing new business initiatives
Conduct market & competitor research to evaluate trends and strategic opportunities
Drive pilot projects across clinics (e g , new services, pricing models, wellness programs)
Work closely with operations, doctors, sales & marketing teams to enable implementation
Track performance of initiativescollect, analyze & present insights
Develop SOPs, documentation & frameworks to support process standardization
Support in establishing partnerships, alliances & vendor onboarding
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Collect patient / customer insights to recommend improvement initiatives

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business/Healthcare/Management or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting
Strong research, analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Interest in healthcare or Ayurveda preferred
