Associate NCC Officer (ANO) – Job Description

Role:
The Associate NCC Officer (ANO) is a faculty member responsible for conducting NCC training and activities, fostering discipline, leadership, patriotism, and character development among cadets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct NCC parades, drills, physical training, and theory classes
• Prepare and supervise cadets for camps, parades, and NCC certificate exams (A/B/C)
• Maintain cadet records, attendance, and reports
• Coordinate with NCC Group Headquarters and authorities
• Organize social service, national integration, and community programs
• Ensure discipline, safety, and welfare of cadets

Eligibility:

• Permanent faculty member of the institution
• Commissioned as Associate NCC Officer after NCC Pre-Commission Course

Skills:

• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Discipline, integrity, and physical fitness

Reporting:

• Reports to Head of Institution and NCC authorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
