Associate NCC Officer (ANO) – Job Description Role: The Associate NCC Officer (ANO) is a faculty member responsible for conducting NCC training and activities, fostering discipline, leadership, patriotism, and character development among cadets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct NCC parades, drills, physical training, and theory classes Prepare and supervise cadets for camps, parades, and NCC certificate exams (A/B/C) Maintain cadet records, attendance, and reports Coordinate with NCC Group Headquarters and authorities Organize social service, national integration, and community programs Ensure discipline, safety, and welfare of cadets Eligibility: Permanent faculty member of the institution Commissioned as Associate NCC Officer after NCC Pre-Commission Course Skills: Leadership and mentoring ability Strong communication and organizational skills Discipline, integrity, and physical fitness Reporting: Reports to Head of Institution and NCC authorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
