Associate (MLOps/GenAI), BCN Tools and Technology

As a member of the Data and Technology team at Bain Capability Network, your role will involve translating business objectives into data and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for leveraging Gen AI skills to design repeatable analytical solutions, building and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, and implementing NLP models with Hugging Face. Collaboration with engineering team members, developing scalable products, and staying updated on AI/ML technologies are key aspects of this position. Additionally, you may lead a small team and manage their day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions - Leverage Gen AI skills to design and create repeatable analytical solutions - Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Scikit-Learn - Implement and fine-tune NLP models with Hugging Face - Collaborate with engineering team members to develop scalable products - Assist in creating standard operating procedures for data processes - Stay updated on new developments in AI/ML technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Market Research, or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in data science & data engineering with hands-on experience in AI/GenAI tools - Proficiency with data wrangling in either R or Python - Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, MLOps practices, Git, and modern software development workflow - Familiarity with containerization (Docker/ Kubernetes) is a plus - Agile way of working and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred You will play a vital role in advancing Bain's expertise in the consumer products sector by supporting the Benchmarking team.
