Associate (MLOps/GenAI), BCN Tools and Technology

You will be a part of Bain Capability Network's Gurgaon office, specifically in the Data and Technology team, focusing on the Benchmarking team within the Data & Insights Industries CoE. Your primary responsibility will involve contributing to advancing Bain's expertise in the consumer products sector by developing and maintaining databases containing industry benchmarks and performance metrics. These data assets are crucial in providing Bain's consultants with valuable insights to drive client value in the consumer products industry. Furthermore, you will play a key role in creating intellectual property (IP) essential for new CPG cases globally at Bain. Your role will require you to translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions, utilizing various tools such as Gen AI, Scikit-Learn for machine learning models, and Hugging Face for NLP models. Collaborating with engineering and practice teams, you will be involved in designing scalable products, developing repeatable data processes, and staying updated on AI/ML technologies and best practices. Key responsibilities also include leading a small team, managing day-to-day activities, providing status updates, and creating standard operating procedures for data processes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in data science and engineering. Proficiency in Python or R, experience with AI/GenAI tools, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, MLOps practices, Git, and containerization is beneficial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to a business audience, are essential for this role. Familiarity with Agile practices and Microsoft Office suite is preferred. Overall, you will play a vital role in enhancing Bain's capabilities in the consumer products sector through data-driven insights, innovative solutions, and advanced analytics.
