Job Description

As an Associate Market Manager at MillerKnoll in Bangalore, your role is to closely collaborate with the Market Manager to enhance product sales in Bangalore, India. You are responsible for growing sales through the existing MillerKnoll Dealer network and identifying new sales opportunities. Your success will involve becoming the product champion in the region, working alongside the Market Manager, A&D, and brand leads to ensure product specifications on all projects. Additionally, actively sourcing new opportunities by targeting Architects, Designers, and end-user clients is expected. Your key responsibilities include: - Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets - Winning business against sales and margin objectives for all products - Supporting local Marketing activities - Providing accurate sales forecasting information by product group and detailing specific large projects - Maintaining strong relationships with local dealer personnel and committing to Ergonomic Solution products - Supporting sales through MillerKnoll sales channels - Networking with the Architect and Design community to increase sales opportunities - Targeting end users to grow new business opportunities and drive sales back to the dealer channel - Providing field training for customers and dealer sales personnel on product and positional skills Qualifications required: - Degree from any recognized university; preference for Engineers or MBA graduates - Minimum of 3-4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the furniture or building material industry - Experience working for a multinational organization is preferred Essential competencies: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation abilities - Effective interaction at all levels - Enjoy working in a team while being self-motivated and able to collaborate with the Market Manager and peers independently - Proficiency in IT systems, MS Office Applications, and Salesforce - Numeracy in preparing quotations and forecasting information - Cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills If you require reasonable accommodations to participate in the job application process or perform essential job functions due to a disability, please contact MillerKnoll Talent Acquisition at careers_help@millerknoll.com.,
