Associate Manager - Partnerships

About the Role The Partnerships team works closely with industry players that are enablers of technology driven fintech and payments solutions. These critical partnerships will potentially disrupt India’s payments and digital landscape yet again. Roles & Responsibilities ● The person will be leading and negotiating Juspay’s growth projects with financial institutions like Banks, NBFCs and Networks. ● Ability to network with external stakeholders at banks, networks and financial institutions to drive sales and partnerships that are often first of their kind. ● The person will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams on new initiatives and key strategic relationships. ● Identify industry trends and key influencers in order to expand Juspay’s product offerings through partnerships. ● Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. ● Ability to work proactively, autonomously as well as collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and grow partner accounts. ● Strong focus on execution, result driven ● Strong problem solving ability, analytical and data driven. Able to derive insights from data, build business models. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. ● 2-5 years of overall experience and should have handled a product role. Strong product orientation is a must. ● Experience working with networks, BFSI or payments/fintech industry in a similar role is a big plus. Show more Show less
