Description
As a Team Lead-OTC at Bunge, your role will involve supporting the Credit to cash (CTC) function by performing various tasks such as Billing, Managing Debit and credit notes, cash application, customer clearing, running different reports, and dispute management. Your main accountabilities will include: - Ensuring daily review and clearing of unapplied and advance cash, reporting open items to management consistently. - Maintaining processing quality by releasing blocked orders, refunding advances, and ensuring timely invoicing of Billing and Deliveries in SAP environment. - Serving as the first point of contact for escalations related to technical or procedural issues in OTC processes. - Applying industry best practices for continual improvement and monitoring internal KPIs to ensure quality in OTC activities. - Identifying unallocated/unapplied cash and collaborating with onshore teams to clear customer accounts. - Supporting the Manager in achieving process improvements, driving continuous improvement, and meeting Service Level Agreements targets and Customer expectations. Additionally, you will have the following responsibilities: - Resolving queries within defined timelines. - Identifying process improvement ideas, handling exceptions, and performing root cause analysis. - Providing information, documents, and reports for audits and taking corrective actions as per the audit findings. In terms of knowledge and skills, you are expected to: - Make decisions aligned with Bunge's global strategy and financial goals. - Cultivate relationships, influence others, and develop talent. - Develop data-driven strategies and communicate effectively. - Provide high-quality customer service for Counterparty credit risk assessments & reporting. - Work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure. - Have in-depth knowledge of Counterparties assessment and due diligence. - Possess experience in SAP and workflow tools. For qualifications, you should have: - 6-8 years of relevant experience in OTC, preferably in the Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry. - Minimum Education Qualification of Graduation or higher (MBA finance). - Good communication & Interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong team player. - Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems (SAP) will be an added advantage.
