What to expect:

  • Responsible for performing the routine loss analysis and building capability within the organization to eliminate that loss. Conducts analysis and implements improvements for all work processes in order to eliminate Non-Value Added Activity.
  • Execute and/or facilitate improvements through proven CI / Lean / TPM tools.
  • Uses Plan-Do-Check-Act thought process to analyse line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities through the Daily Direction Setting cycle
  • Leads continuous improvement problem solving approach and trigger system to start the problem solving cycle
  • Ensures data is integrated into Daily Direction Setting process
  • Owns integrity of OEE calculations and other line event data tracking systems
  • Conducts regular and periodic audits of daily management system
  • Observe, monitor, document and communicate equipment and process performance
  • Organize and present downtime and process performance data, trends to management team
  • Support development of standard downtime measurement program
  • Analyse downtime incidents as per Equipment Failure, prepare recommendations, create action plans and execute to eliminate recurrence
  • Participate in equipment / system Root Cause Analysis investigations
  • Generate or support the generation of One-point-lessons for process and equipment events
  • Prepares OEE project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
  • Maintains OEE data base and backing up data.
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with all necessary regulations like Schedule M, GMP compliance.
  • Identification & Assessment of Risk and execute the mitigation plan.
  • To Review Change Control, OOS, OOT, Deviation / Rejection and ensure CAPA.
  • To monitor and control CAPEX, OPEX, material usage, operating expenses in order to control product cost & remain within agreed norms.
  • To carry out any other responsibility / additional work assigned by Works Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B- Pharma with 5+ years of experience preferably in pharma retail, healthcare distribution, or FMCG retail.
  • Strong skills in data analysis.
