Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Initially responsible for smooth pre commissioning and commissioning of plant with proper documentation.
• • Maintaining proper documentation of hydraulic and pneumatic test of different equipments and piping.
• • Review of PFD and P&ID of plant and witnessing the installation of piping and equipments.
• • Understanding of instrumentation in plant and its safety interlocks.
• • Plan the activity according to urgency and availability of resources.
• • Close coordination with service departments for smooth operation of plant.
• • Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets
• • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• • Responsible for the raw material stock maintenance and daily stock maintenance
• • Authorized to issue the job permits
• • Monitor the job from safety point of view
• • Follow the safety norms to achieve zero breakdown
• • Troubleshooting of the problems by using proper methods and skills
• • Reporting the problems to senior authorities
• • Create the SAP entries of raw materials, Production Details
• • Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents
• • To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• • To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiative
• • Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the senior
• • Responsible for effluent quantity and quality norms in plant.
• • Responsible for yield and norms of products as well as for utility norms.
• • Must have command on DCS
• • Guide the field officers and the panel officers about the process
• • Conduct daily safety talk
• • Training to different level of employees.
