Associate Manager - Manufacturing- Audit

In the role of Audit Associate Manager at Withum, you will have the opportunity to work in the Auditing and Attest Engagement services, which are crucial to the firm's operations. Your responsibilities will include leading the engagement team staff in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for real estate, technology, and financial services clients. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, from staffing and risk assessment to financial reporting and conclusion. Additionally, you will provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication within the team and with clients. As an Audit Associate Manager, you will collaborate with engagement team partners to resolve client issues and make recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting matters that may arise during an audit engagement. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines efficiently. Furthermore, you will create and track engagement budgets to identify any inefficiencies that may occur during the audit process. Your role will also involve conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing guidance as needed.
