Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage litigation cases across Consumer Forums, District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals
  • Draft and review legal documents including Complaints, Suits, Writs, Appeals, Contracts
  • Coordinate with external counsels and assist in court/tribunal appearances
  • Maintain and update MIS for all litigation cases and support legal dispute resolutions

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft opinions on ongoing and new legal matters
  • Follow up and coordinate with advocates and legal officers on case progress
  • Ensure compliance with substantive and procedural laws in litigation
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide logical, problem-solving insights
