Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Delivering/Deploying application and data enhancement releases working with multiple engineering team members

Provide maintenance/support for existing real estate data analytics and reporting solutions built on Microsoft & AWS Technology stack including but not limited to products and frameworks like Power BI, Snowflake, Airflow

Project Planning and Prioritization of tasks based on technology vision and road map

Exercise judgment and discretion in software development and work assignments by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress

Proactively look for modernizing, enhancing, and extending technical solutions wherever there is high value and benefit to business teams

Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

Collaborate and Mentor other developers on modern technologies and concepts whenever needed

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Utilize both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

Work Experience / Knowledge:

Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management principles

10+ years of IT experience in application design and development using SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)

5+ years of experience leading teams and managing engineers directly or indirectly

5+ Years of experience working on Real Estate Domain, including data models, industry workflows, and analytics use cases

Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Proven ability to define data engineering best practices, oversee data pipelines, and ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions
