Associate Manager, Business Operations, FP&A

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing FP&A operations for the FBP and business customers. Collaboration with business operations members, the COE, Systems, and Reporting teams will be crucial to deliver high-quality and timely services. Your role involves providing high-quality reporting results for all FBPs with insights and recommended actions. Additionally, you will perform systematic variance analysis and provide fundamental analysis support to FBPs and the Business for operational sustainability. You will also oversee the financial planning process, support business planning input, review plans with leaders, and adjust plans based on feedback. Collaboration with GBS for accounting operations, such as accruals entries, to ensure compliance with financial and fiscal requirements will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with GBS to ensure accurate reporting of management accounts in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements - Validate data in financial systems for accuracy and compliance in collaboration with the COE systems team - Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to markets/areas/regional FBPs - Conduct monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses, highlight costs, headcounts tracking, and cost efficiency analysis - Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management Qualifications Required: - BS/BA in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline - MBA and/or CPA/CIMA and/or equivalent certificates - Proficiency in English conversation and business English Company Details: Astellas is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment, including Disability/Protected Veterans.,
