Associate Manager - Architectural Services

Role & responsibilities

• Project Design Leadership:

  Lead and oversee architectural design processes from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Adanis strategic goals.

• Design Development & Innovation:

  Drive innovative architectural solutions that integrate sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, utilizing cutting-edge design technologies and methodologies.

• Coordination & Collaboration:

  Act as a key liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural plans with structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards specific to Mumbai and relevant authorities.

• Quality Assurance & Control:

  Establish and maintain high standards of architectural documentation, drawings, and specifications. Conduct rigorous design reviews and site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design intent.

• Project Management:

  Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently, anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within cost.

• Technology Utilization:

  Leverage advanced architectural software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, BIM tools) to create detailed and accurate designs and simulations.

• Sustainability & Green Building Practices:

  Advocate and implement green building principles and sustainable design strategies consistent with Adanis commitment to environmental responsibility.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Prepare comprehensive project reports, design documentation, and presentations for internal review and regulatory submissions.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Engage proactively with government bodies, consultants, and vendors to facilitate smooth project approvals and execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards specific to Mumbai and India
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications
• Familiarity with construction documentation and specification writing
• Project scheduling and resource management tools
