Architecture Head

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead architectural design strategy and ensure alignment with company vision and client requirements
  
• Oversee concept development, schematic design, design development, and execution drawings
  
• Review and approve architectural drawings, 3D models, visualizations, and technical details
  
• Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, statutory norms, and industry standards
  

Project & Team Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and draftsmen
  
• Allocate resources, plan workloads, and monitor team performance
  
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team
  

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on architectural matters
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (MEP, Interior, PMC, etc.)
  
• Participate in client presentations, design discussions, and approvals
  

Quality & Process Control

• Establish and maintain architectural standards, design guidelines, and best practices
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, BOQs, and documentation
  
• Monitor site execution to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
  

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max

  , and other relevant architectural/design tools
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, construction methods, and materials
  
• Ability to review and guide both

  2D drawings and 3D visualizations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
  
• 13–18 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to leadership and project management roles
  
• Experience handling large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is preferred
