Associate - Maintenance (Injection Moulding)

Job Description

Assist in conducting routine preventive maintenance as per schedule. Maintain records of servicing and parts replacements. Support the upkeep of moulds and auxiliary equipment Respond promptly to machine breakdowns under the supervision of senior engineers. Assist in root cause analysis and support troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues. Support minor adjustments to improve cycle time and product quality. Learn to interpret machine parameters and diagnose deviations. Record maintenance activities and support the generation of daily/weekly reports. Maintain logs of spare parts usage and requirements. Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions. Support implementation of 5S, TPM, and other lean maintenance practices. Participate in machine improvement and Kaizen activities. Assist in energy efficiency and equipment reliability initiatives.
