Associate, Learning Product

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Develop engaging and easy-to-follow content for teacher training, lesson plans, and instructional

materials.

● Collaborate with teams to create accessible and practical resources for educators.

● Draft concise copy for various learning materials.

● Assist the Learning Team by coordinating with subject matter experts and organizing webinars

and learning events.

● Plan, design, and implement high-quality professional development modules for teachers,

managing both the content and operations involved.

● Engage with external institutions, faculty, and organizations across education and allied fields,

within and beyond India, for collaborative projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and

effectively.

● Proficient in creating user-friendly educational content with strong copywriting skills.

● Knowledge of testing and evaluating products to ensure they meet user needs, usability

standards, and educational objectives

● Passion for research and an eagerness to explore education-related topics.

● Proactive learning mindset

● Creative thinking and familiarity with basic design platforms.

Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools

● Experience with Canva or other graphic design/editing tools

● Basic knowledge of video editing software

● Familiarity with instructional design tools like Articulate 360 is an added advantage

● Expertise in UI/UX design with a focus on educational platforms and tools
