Roles and Responsibilities:

? Develop engaging and easy-to-follow content for teacher training, lesson plans, and instructional

materials.

? Collaborate with teams to create accessible and practical resources for educators.

? Draft concise copy for various learning materials.

? Assist the Learning Team by coordinating with subject matter experts and organizing webinars

and learning events.

? Plan, design, and implement high-quality professional development modules for teachers,

managing both the content and operations involved.

? Engage with external institutions, faculty, and organizations across education and allied fields,

within and beyond India, for collaborative projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and

effectively.

? Proficient in creating user-friendly educational content with strong copywriting skills.

? Knowledge of testing and evaluating products to ensure they meet user needs, usability

standards, and educational objectives

? Passion for research and an eagerness to explore education-related topics.

? Proactive learning mindset

? Creative thinking and familiarity with basic design platforms.

Technical Skills:

? Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools

? Experience with Canva or other graphic design/editing tools

? Basic knowledge of video editing software

? Familiarity with instructional design tools like Articulate 360 is an added advantage

? Expertise in UI/UX design with a focus on educational platforms and tools
