Job Description

As an Associate Learning Experience Designer, you play a crucial role in creating engaging educational experiences by collaborating with subject matter experts to transform intricate information into clear and accessible learning materials. Your work involves developing various learning assets like e-learning modules, interactive activities, and documentation using instructional design principles and content authoring tools. These efforts significantly contribute to the success of learning projects by enhancing engagement, knowledge retention, and skill development. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement instructional materials and courses through e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning methods. - Utilize instructional design theories, best practices, and learning sciences to craft effective learning experiences with measurable outcomes. - Conduct needs analysis to identify learners" required skills, knowledge, and competencies. - Create engaging content by integrating multimedia elements, videos, simulations, and interactive activities. - Write, edit, and structure content in a clear, concise, and audience-appropriate manner. - Employ learning technologies such as LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and multimedia software for effective content delivery. - Apply user-centered design principles to evaluate learner profiles, motivations, and potential obstacles. - Develop storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design concepts. - Conduct usability testing to optimize content delivery, engagement, and learner experience. - Design assessments, quizzes, and surveys to gauge learning effectiveness and knowledge retention. - Gather, analyze, and present data on learner performance, engagement, and satisfaction. - Utilize feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance learning solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives. - Communicate design rationales, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across all levels. - Facilitate feedback sessions and incorporate design adjustments based on stakeholder and learner input.
