Associate Lead Consultant - SAP CS

As an SAP CS Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for leveraging your 5-7 years of in-depth knowledge in the SAP CS module. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in various topics within the CS module, such as Org. Structure, CS Master Data, Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, Service Contract Management, and others. Additionally, your proficiency in handling issues, troubleshooting, and support functions will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in Org. Structure, CS Master Data, and various service management processes - Handle Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Services effectively - Manage Service Contract, Warranty Claim, and Recurring Services - Perform Service Monitoring, Analytics, and In-House Repair tasks - Oversee Service Order Management and Interaction Center Service Request Management - Analyze Business Process Requirement GAPs and work on RICEF-W Objects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS - S4 Certification (added advantage) - Proficiency in integrating SAP with non-SAP applications - Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager - Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach YASH Technologies fosters a workplace culture that encourages employees to shape their career paths in alignment with their goals.
