Job Description

You are an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Professional with 8-10 years of experience. Your role involves leading and supporting business teams in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion projects. Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying functional gaps, responding to customer queries, and providing ERP functional consulting and training. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS and Fusion projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Possess strong integration knowledge, especially between SCM and Finance modules or third-party systems. - Collect and analyze business requirements for the SCM units of the Customer and write relevant documentation. - Identify functional gaps, provide corrective actions, and ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications. - Provide ERP functional consulting and training at customer sites, configure Oracle applications for optimum utilization, and develop user guides and training materials. - Lead and manage a team of Oracle SCM EBS/Fusion Cloud consultants, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs/Governance process. Qualification Required: - Oracle EBS 12.1.X/12.2.X - Order Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, P2P Process, O2C process - Oracle Fusion - Oracle SCM Cloud, Product Data Hub Cloud, Inventory Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Order Management Cloud - ASCP/Supply Chain Planning: Sales and Operation Planning, Demand and Supply Chain Planning - Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Inventory and Cost Management, Work in Process, Bills of Material, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, and iProcurement - Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools - WMS and MSCA Development experience,
