Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Associate within the Leads Assessment and Development Management (LAnD) team at TresVista, your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's growth by qualifying potential leads and aiding the Sales and Client Growth Teams (CGTs) in achieving their objectives. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to ensure the seamless processing and conversion of leads. Your key deliverables will include: - Qualifying potential leads through diverse channels like online research, networking, and industry events - Engaging with prospects as leads enter the CRM system, accepting or rejecting them accordingly - Managing the conversion of accepted leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking - Supporting the Sales team by facilitating the transition of lead ownership from LAnD to Sales or CGT - Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and staying updated on industry trends - Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects - Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with business goals - Preparing regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with lead generation tools, techniques, and market research methodologies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Strong understanding of sales processes - Preferred experience in the Financial Services industry You should have: - 4+ years of experience (bachelor's degree) or 3+ years of experience (master's degree) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industry - A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent being preferred The compensation structure for this role will align with industry standards.,
