Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development & Design:

  Design, develop, and implement applications, custom reports, and enhancements. You will analyze and understand functional and technical requirements to translate them into software architecture and design specifications. You will also use your rapid prototyping skills to quickly turn concepts into working code.

• Full-Stack Development & Innovation:

  Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions using

  generative AI

  technologies and to customize modules to meet specific business requirements.

• Quality Assurance & Maintenance:

  Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving software bugs and performance issues. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and

  QA

  , to deliver high-quality software on time. You will also conduct code reviews and create and maintain detailed documentation on software architecture, design, and deployment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science,

  IT

  , or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies in the

  Human Resources - Learning & Development

  area.
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies, including

  Agile

  and

  Scrum

  .
• Experience with version control systems like

  Git

  .
• Experience with

  Workday, Sum Total

  , or other

  HR Learning platforms

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  ) and containerization technologies (

  Docker, Kubernetes

  ) is also a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as

  CISSP, CompTIA Network+

  , or

  MCSE

  are preferred.
