Associate - Investment Fund Analyst

As an Associate - Investment Fund Analyst in the Client Propositions Support team at Fidelity International, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Investment Directing teams in generating baseline investment communication material for Fidelity funds. This includes market reviews, fund analysis/performance & strategy commentaries for client reports, and fund presentation updates aimed at assisting in asset gathering and retention. Your role is integral to the successful functioning of each product franchise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce market reviews and investment outlook pieces - Ability to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful communication on Fidelity funds from a customer viewpoint - Write monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports, as well as statutory annual and semi-annual reports - Present data in an understandable format for sales teams - Ensure timely production of all standard product content for Fidelity products - Address ad hoc data-related queries on funds - Collate and generate presentations using a variety of media - Develop an understanding of the sales process - Support in the automation of information provided to customer services teams **Qualifications Required:** - Masters Degree in economics/business/finance - CFA qualification would be advantageous - 2+ years of relevant experience in security analysis/investment/research related role - Good knowledge of the equity markets and key macroeconomic indicators - Good writing skills with attention to detail - Competent at analyzing fund-related data - Familiarity with databases like DataStream and Bloomberg required - Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA - Strong communicator with the ability to communicate with stakeholders in global locations - Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities - Self-motivated, resilient, and a strong team player - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach As part of the Client Propositions Support team at Fidelity International, you will be offered a comprehensive benefits package to support your wellbeing and development.
