Associate International Voice Process

Role Overview: You will be part of the Associate International Voice Process team focusing on US Healthcare Insurance Claims processing. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with US-based healthcare customers, processing claims, and providing voice-based customer support during night shifts according to US time zones. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position based in Bangalore. A 2-way cab will be provided for your transportation convenience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle both inbound and outbound voice interactions with US healthcare customers efficiently. - Process claims and related transactions following process guidelines accurately. - Investigate and resolve customer queries while ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards. - Meet assigned productivity and quality targets to ensure service delivery excellence. - Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and performance parameters set by the company. - Maintain professional communication standards and conduct while interacting with customers. - Coordinate with peers and supervisors to ensure an efficient workflow within the team. Qualification Required: - Education: Undergraduates or Graduates. - Experience: Freshers with excellent English communication skills at B2 level or experienced candidates with prior US healthcare voice process experience. - Willingness to work night shifts according to US time zones. - Candidates from Bangalore or those willing to relocate immediately are welcome to apply. Additional Details: This role offers competitive salary packages based on experience, with experienced candidates earning up to 4,00,000 LPA and freshers up to 3,25,000 LPA, including Variable Shift allowance.
