Location: Brigade Meadows, Salahunase Village, Kanakapura Main Rd, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Post graduate in Human Resources discipline
Experience: 2 - 5 years relevant experience as a generalist role in a hospital/ healthcare institution is essential.
Working knowledge in an NABH accredited hospital is desired.
Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge in multiple languages along with the local language will be an advantage.
