Associate - Housekeeping

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort in guest rooms and public areas. The role demands attention to detail, discipline, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Rooms

Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities.

Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked.

Check room appliances and report maintenance issues.

Ensure turndown service (where applicable).

Public Areas

Clean and maintain lobby, corridors, elevators, and other public spaces.

Ensure all assigned areas meet hygiene and safety standards.

Guest Interaction

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.

Operational Duties

Follow daily assignment sheets and cleaning checklists.

Maintain housekeeping carts and pantries in tidy condition.

Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Report lost and found items as per hotel policy.

Adhere to brand standards, grooming guidelines, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

10th/12th Pass or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)

Prior experience in housekeeping is an advantage

Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, guest-focused luxury hospitality environment
