Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site Associate at Hotel Grand Ajantha in Changanacherry. Your main responsibilities will include supporting various operational tasks, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining high service standards. Your daily activities will involve communicating with guests, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and collaborating with team members to uphold hotel functionality and guest satisfaction.
