Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Chennai at Hotel Blu Iris. The Associate will be responsible for assisting guests, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with team members to maintain service standards and contributing to creating a welcoming environment for all guests are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest relations skills, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving
