Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate at Aravalli Law, located in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and tribunals. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, assisting senior lawyers in case preparation, participating in arbitration and litigation processes, and providing advisory services to clients. The Associate will contribute to achieving favorable outcomes aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts
• Knowledge and experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Law degree from a recognized university
• (Optional) Prior experience in areas of practice such as commercial law, corporate law, or intellectual property is advantageous
• Registered Member of the Bar Council of India
