Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Global Trial Manager to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate global trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement effective trial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, regulatory, and clinical affairs.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential risks.
Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of trials, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on trial management best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, medicine, or science.
Proven experience in trial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
