Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals effectively.
• Analyze technology trends and design new or modify existing processes.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering.
• Develop test procedures and estimate costs.
• Plan and execute projects, manage project and operational budgets, and supervise contractors.
• Establish engineering standards and budgetary controls.
• Introduce new or modified equipment, tools, software, and systems.
• Confer with others to determine engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products.
• Follow procedures with decision-making authority, requiring job-related training and attention to detail.
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Experience Requirement:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with product validation, process validation, and equipment qualification.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Practice regulations (GxP).
• Experience developing and executing test protocols, analyzing results, and reporting deviations.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Knowledge of SOP creation, document control, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage small-scale projects, coordinate with contractors, and support operational improvements.
• Prior experience with continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving in a regulated environment.
