What you ll be doing

Manage application support and ensure that application service levels provided meet agreed SLAs
Ensure adherence to technology standards and architectural principles
Produce functional and technical designs for new and existing applications adequately addressing business issues and meet IT expectations
Mature Agile ways of working within SuccessFactors quad
Help ensure high quality outcomes through efficient testing techniques
